Stuart Jennings, President and CEO

Stuart has a Master of Science degree in Land Rehabilitation from Montana State University and over 35 years of experience in land reclamation. His core expertise is in soil remediation and the use of soil amendments and fertilizers to reestablish native plants on depleted sites. Most recently, he has focused on the use of novel micronutrient fertility strategies to improve soil health and the vigor of perennial native vegetation in weed-affected systems.
Karin Jennings, Operations Lead

Karin has a Master of Science degree in Soils from Montana State University (MSU). Her work experience has encompassed a wide range of specialties including intellectual property management for MSU and a vaccine development company as well as executive functions in manufacturing. She is passionate about the natural world and its improvement for wildlife and future generations.
Savanah Olson, Environmental Scientist
Savanah has a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science- Land Rehabilitation from Montana State University. She has prior experience with research and field experimentation. Savanah likes to spend her free time reading, hammocking, and spending time on the water.
